We’re looking for a passionate guide and an assistant to join us in creating an authentic Montessori programme in Abingdon, a small market town on the Thames river surrounded by beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
Our founding ethos is based on creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish and feel truly connected to both themselves and their environment whilst being part of an international, globally minded community.

Requirements:
- MCI or AMI 3-6 training
- Experience working in AMI environment preferable
- QTS, EYTS an advantage
- Knowledge of a European Language
- Passion for Montessori, child development and working with parents
- Committed to ongoing learning, open to feedback and reflection
- Permission to work in UK
